Check-in was real smooth, ‘n the folks at the front desk were downright kind. Had this lovely room with a lake view that just took my breath away. The breakfast spread was decent enough, though I reckon a bit more variety wouldn’t hurt. Real nice to stroll ‘round the lake after a long day, too. Just loved that vibe!

my stay was a curious experience—after checking into a room that smelled like cigarettes, I expected an upgrade or at least some form of compensation. the kids' playroom was utterly disappointing, with no amenities for older children. I almost thought about giving a good review, but how could I? Not coming back, that's for sure.

During my stay, I was able to enjoy the vibrant local scene, especially the nearby eateries that offered delightful bakery options. The lounge on the 8th floor was a highlight. the atmosphere was fantastic, complemented by excellent service from staff members Lisa and Rose. Being just a short walk from the lake made my evening strolls beautiful and serene, a perfect way to wind down after a busy day.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Xiamen, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Bailuzhou Park. The spacious Premier Lake View King Room allowed my family to enjoy the lovely lake view and relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and readily available to assist with any requests.

My children wished for better amenities for families, especially a dedicated play area.

My stay at Marco Polo was exceptional, highlighted by seamless service from the moment I checked in. The Club Lounge on the 8th floor provided a tranquil space for work and relaxation, complete with delightful breakfast offerings and afternoon snacks. I appreciated the attention to detail from the staff, especially Vincent, who was instrumental in arranging my stay and ensuring everything went smoothly.

Had an amazing time with friends at this hotel! The location is perfect—close to the beautiful lake and eateries. We really enjoyed using the pool and gym. Breakfast at the lounge was delicious, and staff were super friendly. The manager even helped us with ferry tickets, making our island trip smooth!

One of my friends faced an issue with their room when they arrived. it wasn't clean enough. That was disappointing.
